Bio

Signs Preyer was born in 2005, forged by the creative synergy of Corrado "Ghode" Giuliano (Lead Guitar and Vocals), Giacomo "Mapo" Alessandro (Drums), Andrea "Viktor" Vecchione Cardini (Bass), and Enrico Pietrantozzi (Rhythm Guitar). From the very beginning, they were driven by a singular need: to turn raw, unfiltered thoughts into sound. By the time they dropped their self-titled debut, Signs Preyer (2013), the band had already honed its signature intensity through countless live shows.

Signs Preyer struck a chord, earning critical praise and a rapidly growing fanbase. But it was the aftermath of their first Croatian tour that truly shifted their trajectory. Fired up by the experience, the band returned to the studio with a new mission: to shed the excess and embrace an aggressive, "in your face" brutality. This metamorphosis birthed Mammoth Disorder in 2015. The record propelled them onto the international stage, leading to two massive tours and support slots for legends like Corrosion of Conformity, Dave Lombardo, Helmet, T.M. Stevens, Paul Di Anno, Karma to Burn, Lafaro, Michele Luppi's Killing Touch, Vision Divine, and many others. Just as they stood on the brink of an extensive tour in Eastern Europe, Enrico exited the band.

Rather than compromise their vision, Corrado, Andrea, and Giacomo doubled down, choosing to continue as a power trio. It was a baptism by fire—reimagining their entire catalog for a single guitar, forced to find a denser, heavier sonic footprint.

The following years were a crucible of identity crises, heavy losses, and personal trials. By 2018, they returned to the studio with a bold, uncompromising philosophy: record live, preserve the blood and sweat, and keep the art authentic. The pandemic proved to be the ultimate obstacle, halting and restarting the sessions repeatedly, but this friction only sharpened their focus. They recorded the album three times, captured in an Ouroboros of creation and dissolution—each layer stripping away the past to reveal a new inner self.

Signs Preyer III emerged from this chaos. It is a work defined by the number three: written as a trio, refined through three recording cycles, and mapping three distinct intrapsychic states. The album is a dark, beautiful exploration of the human spectrum—fear, joy, anger, loathe, and sadness—trapped in a dualistic loop, forever reaching for a threefold escape. In this new era, the number three stands as the Sky, the Earth, and the "Duat"—the ultimate, unbreakable interconnectedness of all things and the three members of the band.
